Designed for use in the OEM and automotive industry, these swing hinge binders are manufactured in both 2 and 3 inch capacity and can hold 408 and 600 standard pages, respectively. Clients may choose from an array of material, including vinyl, poly, expanded supported vinyl, and turned edge. The manufacturing process involves CAD design, RF sealing, and turned edge construction.

The interior metal mechanism is strong enough to withstand heavy daily use, with each binder featuring a weight capacity of up to 20 pounds. Additionally, our split prong design locks pages in place, ensuring pages stay in place in the event the binder is dropped. With important applications, such as manuals used around heavy machinery, this feature becomes essential.
