Our Engineering and Art Department go the extra mile to make sure we are supplying you with the most current and innovative designs utilizing a wide range of materials from our Extensive Library.

Equipment List & Construction Methods

RF Sealing Equipment:

RF stands for Radio Frequency. RF excites the internal molecular structure causing the material to heat rapidly. Once heated a die presses the material into its final shape.

Crathern Laminating Equipment:

This machine combines paper and substrate to produce laminated products such as Loose Leaf Binders, game boards, packaging and sample books along with many other custom products.

Riveting and Grommeting Machines:

Single and Double Head Machines including a Hang Automatic Riveter.

Sheeting and Die Cutting Equipment: Up to 54" wide capabilities in sheeting along with specialized Die Cutting Equipment giving us the capabilities to produce various Hanger Holes, Closures and Decorative Inserts.

Tooling and Prototyping Capabilities:

On site Die Manufacturing with over 20 years' experience in manufacturing dies. Prototyping Capabilities to manufacture an initial prototype to your specifications and the ability to produce pre-production samples prior to the actual production run.
