What is a composite rating?

The composite rating is an aggregated estimate of how this business is performing and satisfying customers based on the information we have. The score will go up and down as we collect new information. Verified reviews are the most important factor, we ask real customers to provide feedback on a variety of criteria including expertise, staff professionalism, construction quality, scheduling, and budgeting. Moreover, reviews on Yelp, Google and BBB will carry some weight as well. A complete profile with business information and links to 3rd party review sites helps provide a clearer picture of overall performance. Performance indicators from leads we send is also taken into account. We measure prompt responsiveness, how often deals are signed, and customer satisfaction after the job.
Keep in mind; recent activity carries more weight than older activity. Fresh reviews provide more information on a company's current than old ones
