What is a composite rating?

The composite rating is an aggregated estimate of how this business is performing and satisfying customers based on the information we have. The score will go up and down as we collect new information. Verified reviews are the most important factor, we ask real customers to provide feedback on a variety of criteria including expertise, staff professionalism, construction quality, scheduling, and budgeting. Moreover, reviews on Yelp, Google and BBB will carry some weight as well.
